Technical Fiat doblo lower arms

HI i have got to fit some lower arms to my girlfriends mums fiat , do any know know the tighten settings for the bolts?

It may be easier if the manual wasn't an ISO image many people are not that computer literate and baulk at this kind of stuff. Perhaps a tutorial may help!

ISO fastest way, use a ISO mount tool

I don't have a problem with PC's, Win, Linux etc but do occasionally get unstuck. ISO yes is quick but only if you know how!
