i have a 2004 & 2005 doblo cargo, does anyone know how to reset the start up volume on the stereo, there is nothing that i can find on the radio or in the instructions, & yet both vans stereos start up at different volume levels once they have been switched off & back on again, both of which are far to quiet.

Perhaps there is a way of fixing the volume, but I don't know it. i have to crank it up every time i switch on...

Afraid not. Only way is if you get aftermarket stereo

I had a radio/CD in my car and a radio/cassette in my bus, both standard fiat fit & neither give the option, it's a real PITA.
As has been said, buy an aftermarket jobbie. Mine was a real cheapo from Halfrauds, makes enough noise to be heard at speed & has plenty of bells and whistles - plays CD, radio, SD cards and USB (MP3s) and has a small remote control.
Only addition was an aerial lead adapter.

Thanks all, i am quite happy with the stereo in general, does all i need, but just wanted it to start at a higher volume thats audible, so dont have to keep turning it up all the time, as i stop quite often, strange that start up vol is not in the menu?


Update i have now spoken to Blaupunkt, & they say that they are factory set between 20 & 30, & that there is no way to change it.
