on jump starting the 04 1.9 jtd it starts ok then after 8 seconds the glow light comes up flashing for 30 seconds then all ok?
new glow plugs or new relay? could the relay be draining the battery? new battery put in about 4 months ago when i had similar probs. also cant find a manual for the beast! any one have one?

why not test the glowplugs?
