hi all ive just changed the rear gearbox engine mount & the car seams to have developed a noise a bit like a loose heat shield around 2000 revs when driving. but dip the clutch & it stops. on changing it though i noticed a dome shape washer that pointed down like a upside down ice cream cone.the bolt went into the body that went through the washer. is that correct or should it point upwards towards the mount ??? as i'm thinking that's causing the noise or it may be coincidence. i have put on a picture of the mount if it helps
