General seat covers for 53 plate taxi & stereo connections

hi all did any 1 get some seat covers that fit. i bought some leather look 1's from argos but the just didn't fit properly. my sony stereo & the standard stereo only works with the ignition on but if you jump the memory wire & main power wires ( yellow & red ) the mileage display stays on & you lose the central locking & alarm . has any 1 sorted there's ???

if the covers are too big, try filling them out with those strap on comfort seat thingies..

Eh, so if I understand this to allow your stereo to work with the ignition off, you connected the memory circuit which is live all the time to the ignition switched circuit? So yeah it would then power everything thats supposed to be off.

i've ordered travel rugs which i'm going to fit to the base of the front seats. as for the stereo i would have to run a live from the battery to the live of the stereo & see what happens but you cant get wires or multi changer cables through the dash up to the stereo so i am just gonna put up with it
