I still want one though but might have to wait a while for ex demo ones to come availible me thinks.

The MPV version with the same engine I specced up came to over £17000!

I don't need climate control, and wouldn't want the complication as ordinary A/C does the job just as well, and cruise control I could happily do without too. Ditto the outside temperature sensor; I've never needed this since I know when it's cold. But the rest of your choices I would want.

I can't wait to drive one. Apparently it is a great drive and handles really well, and it looks good too. It appears to tick all my boxes for a new car - except for the horrendous prices.

I'll give it a year or two to see how the engine range and pricing develops, than I too might well get one.

Paint is £400

Have noticed that they are on 0% interest too, Tempting!!!!!!!!!!!!

That I think is the point of it.

Later this year the Qubo gets updated and will hopefully get the engines it deserves, and a shelf over the window and a built in sat-nav please. Then it can replace the current Doblo for many people - me :D

I'll take it with a 105 1.6 Diesel please, or maybe a 1.4 Multiar, with perhaps 130hp? Some hope :(

Re: New Doblo on www.fiat.co.uk

I wonder how many Fiat will sell?

There don't seem to nearly as many of the new Berlingos sold since launch as there were of the old, smaller, cheaper ones.

The new Doblo looks great, but I will give it a year, or maybe two, because I think the price may come down, and I'd like the Diesels to be Multiaired.

Well i hope to have a demo of the 1.6 doblo van next week so will see what its like.
Had a good crawl over one yesterday in the dealers at exeter and it looks really nice.
Shame it was a 1.3 in white with black bumpers.

Priced a 2 litre up and came to about 17,000 with the vat with all the bits i wanted.

And what has really just surprized me is that the maxi version is only 224mm (9") longer than my stilo mw at 4,516mm.

I was quite surprized at this as i thought it was a lot more than 9"s.
But that does mean it will be almost as easy to park as my mw.
