This morning when I got in the car the clutch pedal was completely on the floor. I could move it with my foot and it was either on the floor or right up, there was no slack in it.

Is it possible the clutch has run out of hydraulic fluid? Or does this mean it will need a new clutch? How much is that likely to cost? Thanks for any advice, I am not mechanically minded as you can probably tell!

it could be the fluid, check the bake fluid level (it shares the same bottle) ive seen on these forums that people have had trouble with the clutch pedal itself, get someone to press the clutch and look under the bonnet, you should see the lever on the top of gearbox moving, if not then it is likely to be one of the problems mentioned above, regards, geoff.
