Technical turbo problem

hi everyone, new to all this but im really needing some help off you guys.. my turbo has gone on my van its a 1.3 multijet an for the life in me i carnt get it off, carnt see there being any fiat only tools needed but ive took the bolts that i can see out even 1 or 2 that you carnt see an still no luck, so just wanting to know if there's anything im missing ? :bang:

Can't help with the tools but am interested to know a little more like how many miles and do you have any idea why it has gone?
