You are looking at 20 - 25 % window before the Ecu drops into limp home mod.

But as for fuelling all is taken carrie by monitoring sensor values from airflow meter, manifold pressure sens; rpm and phase and not forgetting the high pressure rail sensor. so adjusting injection timing, duraction and pulses, to fuel delivery pressure, to turbo modulation of boost contol.

So as long as you stay within that window you are ok. and if you take it to max you need to up rate some hoses or pop they go.
