General Boot Space in 7 Seat Doblo
This is a big problem with the 7 seater.
The boot space is tiny. You can fit 3 or 4 carrier bags in there but that's about it.
The other problem is that the 2 rear seats are a bench so when you fold them they have to be folded together, so it's either a 7 seater or a 5 seater.
Also, when the rear seats are folded they still take up a lot of room in the boot so you can't get as much in as you would imagine.
Plus removing the rear seats is a 2 man job as they are very heavy.
Don't get me wrong, I really like the Doblo, it's a nice car to drive and you get a lot for your money. I think it's the cheapest new 7 seater on the market and it's got a great Diesel engine and it's comfortable to drive but, if you want flexibility with seating maybe you should consider a low mileage Vauxhall Zafira which would be about the same or less than a new Doblo.
Or if you only need 6 seats, go for a Multipla. I've heard it's a much better car, and it's got a boot too.
