where is the reciver when i push the central lock from the key?just changed the battery on the key, sometimes it works and sometimes not.just bought the car so i dont know if it worked before.
thanks reini:D

i think a lot pf ppl wud agree that the central lockin on doblos is crap! sometimes you can unlock from a distance but most days end up over the drivers door blipping away! i seem to have a blind spot to the rear of the car on mine!

guess it gives the car character eh!

If it works occasionally, and the only recent change made is the new battery the finger of suspicion is on the battery. The receiver is probably in the ecu and its best to avoid messing with that. The battery thickness is important as the contact behind the button press has to touch it, the battery can be padded out with a bit of cardboard if necessary.

thanks for that .
you talk about the batter on the key?

I bought a blank blue key from eBay and cannibalised the removable cover half with the flex button in it to replace my worn one ,works perfectly cheap as chips!

One of ours stopped working with pinger still locked with key new battery did not cure, gave up "being tight" then had to do clutch, vehicle battery out 2 days Valeo forgot to mention new flywheel had different bolts :bang: re assemble have a drive lighter clutch pedal get out forgot Cl would not work & bingO all working again might be worth a try disconnecting battery for a few hours DO NOT forget to find radio code first
There is also a Body computer
Go to ePir find your model then try something like this
