Technical Bulkhead How do i remove it?

Hi everyone,

I want to remove the factory fitted steel bulkhead on my 54 Reg Fiat Doblo so i can fit a easy to remove Ply wood version.

Question is: How do i get those long hard steel Rivet type screw/nails out?

They are pure solid and dont turn with my pliers.

Any info much appreciated.

I removed my bulkhead out of my 06 cargo, don't know if the fixings are the same but in mine i removed them quite easily with a good pair of mole grips.

they unscrew from the mounting points and you can replace the rivets with an 8mm bolt if refixing at any time in the future ( resell)
