Mines 6 months younger and only done 13600 miles ! And its got 7 seats......I paid just over £ 10,000 but was £ 12350 on the forecourt. Worth £ 7500 ??

When you say it's an 06, do you mean the number plate or the year? Is it a 55 plate?

I think it was 55 but will check. The airbag light is flickering so the seller says. Will be in uk tuesday.

Had it since Saturday afternoon. The previous owner bought a new Dynamic105. He isnt impressed with it. Says the quality of the cloth and plastic is not going to take any wear and tear. Must say though it looks good, more Ford connect features. Asked him if he wanted to swap it for his old one but he declined.
Put two front tyres on today and there is a squeak from one of the belts that stops within a minute. Will get it looked at if it doesnt ston in a few days. It hasnt been driven for a couple of months.
I was about to spend 9k before I saw this so well pleased as its got no dents or scratches.

if the squeak occur only when engine is being started from cold.

get the crankshaft pulley checked.

it's a well known problem

Hi there, yes old shape. Got the year wrong at the beginning of the thread. Its 55 plate. Also waiting for the logbook as the seller lost the front half. Means I dont have to pay the 25 quid to replace it as I had the green bit from the half he had lol. Squeal is typical fan belt to me but its going in to be checked this week. Cant see why the garage wants to change the water pump but possibly told to by Fiat who they rang to get part prices.
The noise disappears within a minute or so and doesnt come back till the next day after standing and appears to be at a certain point if u know what I mean.
I suppose it will be expensive anyway but will call in for their quote tomorrow.

This happened to me, actually it's very common. Maybe a simple adjustment, possibly a new belt set, but not necessarily any need for a pump.
