Technical doblo reverse gear

hi all im having a problem,when i put my doblo in reverse it crunches but goes in this doesnt happen with any othewr gear just wondering if it could be the box is knackered or if its just the linkage could someone help please.

Mrs_G's does this if you select reverse too quickly. I usually dip the clutch, wait at least 1 second and then select reverse - usually goes in with no noise then.

hi thanks i have tried that but still get the crunch,how do you know if you linkage has gone cheers

have the same problem.. on my doblo

i heard either you can try to double clutch. before going into reverse.

or put the gear lever into gear 1 or gear 3
(still holding to the clutch),, before engaging reverse
(works for me)
