I had the same problem when i bought my doblo and got myself a bulkhead of ebay ,so when i took my van for a service i took it to my local garage and they removed it and fitted my new bulk head at no extra charge but not all garages are the same , what i am saying is they will have some sort of tool to remove the fixings so ask your local garage they might do it for a couple of quid better than grinding them of yourself ,good luck

cheers mate i got it sorted yesterday, they bolt them on with a tool that snaps off the head when it screwed in leaving a round smooth head, so i hack sawed a line in each then used a screwdriver to undo it this saved all the mess of a grinder and also saved the screw holes where i fitted me new bulk head (ebay bargin for £75)
