A bit of a longshot this, but thought I'd ask as this seems such a friendly place!
Whilst my new Doblo is bigger inside than the O2 arena, it would be a real help to me if the front passenger seat could tip forward in some way (to help when carrying a long [rather than just large] load).
Are there models which have this feature? I think I've seen one (perhaps a Cargo) somewhere but am uncertain as to how widespread it is, and whether it is just an older model.
The best solution for me would be for the front passenger backrest to fold itself forward, so that the rear of the seat is sitting like a picnic table, but other configerations might also help.
If some models did have these features, and the seat would fit my 07 model, I try and get one from a salvage type place and swap my seat over. I tend to use seat covers anyway, so if the seat was a similar size, differences in colour material wouldn't be important. I'd store my original seat in the loft until resale time.
Other novel ways of carrying long loads would also be appreciated, but they would have to be inside the car rather than on the roof, due to the nature of what we carry.
Thanks in advance for any help!
