Technical New Doblo possible Immobiliser Problem

hi i allso purchased a new doblo last week 57 plate 120 multijet dymamic.£10066.with met paint parking aids tinted glass.i think it is a great ride.i am having truble starting it and ithink it is something to do with the imobobisiser. can you shead any light on my problem ??

I have occasionally had the immobiliser "lock me out" but I just turned off the ignition and started again.
Fiat electrics are certainly not perfect.
Is the immobiliser light staying on after turning the ignition on?

thanks rich 4 taking time to answer. everythink the book says 2 start i do but she starts after about 5 or 6 times it is so anoying. any answers please. many thanks john h.

take it back & let them fix it.

few points,make sure you have no other keys on key ring,leave ignition on for few seconds before cranking engine.
