Fiat Doblo Problems

I have a doblo with 92,000 miles on clock. In the last two months it failed to start twice, no firing at all when turn of ignition key, just churning over etc, and when it did burst into life and i switched off again, the engine ran on. Any ideas???
Also the wipers work intermittantly, some sort of fault that is only rectified when you switch off the ignition and restart again. Wipers go through phases of working fine, then not at all.

sounds a bit grim mate. Your problem could be any number of things, running on normally indicates too fast an idle speed or a build up of carbon which is unlikely on modern cars. Could be an ECU fault, youll need to get it checked out on a Fiat diagnostic tool. Your wiper fault sounds like some sort of earth fault with the wiring, good luck.

Could be a problem with the ignition switch assembly itself, I had something similar with an old car.

problem resolved... had new injectors fitted.

hi guys i have a 07 13 jtd fiat doblo and its driving me insaine basicly symptoms are you can be driving then it will completly cut out there no dash ligth absolutly nothing then a few mkinits laiter everything comes back the engine manedgement light came on once i have had the fault codes read and its saying summing to do with main relay fault were is the main relay on a fiat doblo ill try this but cant seem to locat it and my local fiat dealer are not being very helpfull :bang: so if someone can help me would be much apreciated
