MES 5.3 (registered) in NL

I’m in the south/west of The Netherlands, near Breda. The registered MES 5.3 works with a modified OBDII/Bluetooth adapter which can emulate straight and ‘yellow adapter’. I’ve bought all this to check my Fiat Ducato and with excellent results so far.
Please keep in mind that I’m not a mechanic and do not have facilities to repair anything since I’m only a private person with a keen interest in ICT and cars
