Hi

Look under the rear seat.. there is often an access panel in most FIATs

Look on ePER

The exploded views often give hints as to locations and access

Fuel pump for the i.e. versions is accessible from under the back seat. The pump is held in by a large plastic threaded nut.

Re: 1989 croma fuel pump removal

Thanks Charlie, old owner had seat forward and said no access to pump, thats why I posted on here.
So when you said check rear seat area I went and checked again, old owner hasnt undone 3 screws that hold carpet down across highest part of boot.
I will check under there, thank you.
Also whats ePer is there a special log in?
Thank you

Re: 1989 croma fuel pump removal

much appreciated tho,

Now I do have major problem, pump works but all rubber hose and rubber mount etc has turned to mush...i would say previous owner used E10 petrol for that to happen.
I broke the plastic right angle fuel return elbow on the outside of pump assy housing for plastic fuel line to join.
any ideas please
