General Is this the end of the Croma????

Did anyone see a poster/window sticker at any dealership.
Was the Croma ever advertised?
I bought the first Croma sold as a retail sale and Fiat asked the dealer to ask me where had I heard of the car.
They put all their launch money into the following Grandi Punto launch.
A sad day as it is the only car of it's type available.

I bought 2007 (56) 1.8 Eleganza with 3900 miles for 7900 last October now has LPG conversion and 7000 miles is excellent to drive masses of room loads of kit the chassis and engine are actually from the forthcoming Vectra III - value cannot be equalled and more importantly it ain't german !!

oh my god i actualy saw a croma in the car park where i work the other day.

personaly i love the old croma, the original. the new 1 looks a good car but i think its failed simply on that big fiat cars dont sell in the uk and lose alot of value.shame really. looks a good car though and im sure its better than the dull vectras and passats. ive seen the facelift version... i liek the lights but not the grill.

fact is if they dont advertise it then how can people make a choice?

Did Fiat ever advertise the Croma back then or the Sedici now for that matter? No wonder they are both rare when even Fiat doesn't bother pushing them. I think the new "Bravoesque" 2007+ facelifted Croma looks great. Although it's a shame they didn't sell brilliantly, Fiat is also to blame for not making them more distinctive when first released in 2005 (?). The fact they have facelifted the new Croma after only about 2 years shows Fiat has recognised this fact. A shame...

I've seen a few.. beautiful cars. I'll be owning one in a couple of years.

Well you where almost right.....
I ended up buying one. :D

I think the Croma is a great car, i do get some weird looks from other drivers, when there see the car.
I've taken people from work out in it and there where very surprised about how nice the car is.
In one sense it's nice having a car that not many other people own but then it's a shame the UK didn't sell more as it's a great car.

I think they should have called it the Argenta which was the large model of the 131/132 range. That was a large car of it's time with a good standard of spec.
