Help please, my Croma has been at the garage for weeks due to snapped exhaust manifold studs, I am now being told the manifold is warped by 1.5mm and needs replacing or skimming. According to 2005 Eper on here the part number in 2005 was 55202905, but can anyone tell me if on a later version of eper 55202994 is also the same part ? I have found a used one with that part number ! The Local fiat dealers are shut and so are shop4parts. Thx David

Thx to both of you for your quick replies. I will try and find out if the manifolds fitted to the 2.4 Croma's are stamped 55202905. Lots of 2.4 20v JTD manifolds which state they are part no 55202994 are being advertised. Below is one saying its for the 2.4 Croma. My mechanic has had a hard job trying to fix my car, had to remove alternator to remove exhaust manifold, it was leaking due to 4 studs/bolts being broken (2 on each end of manifold). 2 more studs broke when being removed.

Anyone got a spare 2.4JTD exhaust manifold ?

Thx people. Sadly I don't know the part number on my manifold as the garage sent it to the machine shop to see if it can be skimmed prior to me looking for another used manifold. What I have found out is that this is a common problem on the 2.4JTD engine as the manifold is so long and badly designed.
