Anyone know if you have to take the front bumper off to replace the intercooler hose directly behind the o/side fog light ? Next problem will be to fix the leak or get another hose at a sensible price. thx David

Never even seen a 2.4 so no idea.But eLearn says you just have to remove the undertray.
You do have eLearn?
Hose may be avialable from Fiat at a cost. Old version of ePer indicates about £150.
You could talk to one of the silicone hose makers. It the past I've done a temporary repair to a turbo hose with 3M self-adhesive glassfibre tape (strength) and self amalgamating tape sealing) in alternating layers, each 1/2 tape width wider. Glass first and last 5 layers.

Thx Robert, no sadly I dont have eLearn. Thx for the tips. I plan to attempt to fix it 1 day next week. I have switched back to using my Stilo M/Wagon for the time being.

you need to download all the .RAR files to one folder. decompress them into a single .ISO file and then burn that to a DVD.
