Hello,

I have a 2006 Fiat Croma that mounts a Nav Connect + as standard. Reading through the forum, I was encouraged to install the firmware update 12 ... and in the middle of the installation I stopped working the screen. With the result that now I see the screen and it looks like an untuned TV ... I have tried everything and I do not know what to do to recover my Radio.

Someone with the same problem?

Do you know any solution?

Thank you so much !

Hi, Welcome to the FF.

I'm fairly sure that Cromas up to November 2007 were fitted with the NIT G1 Connect Nav system, and firmware v12 was only suitable for the NIT G2 system. So you may have destroyed your CN.

The latest firmware version for NIT G1 CNs was v11.0, so you could try installing that. It may recover, it may not.

The CN in the picture below will look different to yours, but do you remember if yours showed the same blue screen when first switched on?

And do you remember which firmware version it had before you tried to update it. The firmware version is shown on the bottom right corner of the screen for a few seconds when first switched on.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer, because the insurance that is the G1 model, the one that does not do it now turns on but the screen stays black and does not do anything ... I tried to install the 9.8 but without success ... I do not know if I You can indicate a tutorial where you can restore factory values. I'm desperate !! Could it be broken and have no solution?

Thank you very much for the help.
