Hello everyone!
I have Fiat Croma - production 2010 and bought it new in 2011!
The car is 1.9 JTD 150 ps automatic. From a week ago, Blue Me Navigation has the following problem. After connecting my LG G4 phone to her when I call an external contact, the navigation does not respond and does not ring and I can not make a call while the phone remains connected.
Please help me how to solve the problem

Hi and welcome to Fiat Forum.
I don't have Blue & Me in my Croma soo no expert, but something must have changed. Have you used that phone in the car before? has the phone software been updated? This can cause things to stop working.

The Bluetooth connection has always worked before! The reverse signal stopped suddenly and now nothing is heard in the car at the moment of the call and I can not make a call. This is the problem !
