Hello appreciate any advice , I think I will need new front brake discs for next MOT in a months time, looks like a pair will be about £120 looking on ebay and europart. Croma is a Presigio 1.9 JTD 16v 150HP Auto.
Looks like these are the 305mm diameter discs 28mm thick.
(The 1.9 8v uses 285mm discs , same as vauxhall lots of discounted parts available)

But just looking on ebay at Alfa 159 front discs, these appear to be same dimensions 305mm x 28mm 70mm bore 39.5mm height, 5 fixing holes. These are £75 , does anyone know if these will fit ? , thanks very much in advance for any advice John

The only bit I know is the wheel holes are the same. Mine is on 17" wheels from a 159.
My 2.4 will be needing front discs soon. The dimensions may be on Elearn, workshop manual.

I bought Brembo 09.9399.14 discs from NextDayBrakes for £73 inc dely about 3 years back in anticipation of MoT No.3 – only to find they weren’t required until running-up to MoT No.5. They’re currently offering them for £90 inc dely - but not showing stock! Maybe worth an enquiry as they seem to operate under various names … F1 something & POTN. There’s also an outfit called BremboDirect. But there to be had off eBay for <£90.

Thanks very much gents for the replies so quickly !! :)

Saved me lots of time and quite few £ from both these suppliers so thanks again, will order and change for MOT as they look well worn to me.

Looking at product details I think the Croma disc 'height' is about 5mm more than the Alfa 159 ( 44.7mm as oposed to 39.7mm) so there is a difference although all other dimensions are the same.
So as you say Keith, Alfa 159 wheels will fit.
Brake discs probably will not as sounds like caliper alignment would be 5mm out !! so thanks you guys saved me buying Alfa 159s discs in error and over paying for new Croma discs.

HI All, I had a similar "disc search" and opted for the Brembo ones thru ebay, and they fitted perfectly. The observation that Alfa disc height is different is correct due to different brand of calipers being used on the Alfa.
Seems the joint GM/Fiat platform cars all seem to use Lucas/Girling front calipers....Alfa had other options.

i got the brembo oem replacement disc's and pads for the front, the little bit of rust that builds up on the edge of the disc has mashed part of the pad where wires go making the warn pads light come on, there is more than half of the friction surface left though, very annoying.

i got the Veco's for the rear.
