Hi

I'm considering to buy a Croma, but have some questions about the rear seats.

My 3 children are 4, 2 and 0 years old and therefore sitting in child seats (Peugeot 307 Break now)

However according the Croma manual, 3 child seats aren't allowed? Why is that? Not space enough??? As far as I know the Croma is bigger than my 307..

I hope some forum members will have experience with 3 child seats, so they can help me out.

Thanks!

At least one with IsoFix (the youngest).
2 with Isofix and one in the middle can't I think, cause in most cars the IsoFix points are too far towards the middle.

Oldest one in the middle with shoulder belt / booster seat, youngest in a Maxi Cosi CabrioFix with IsoFix base, middle one in a MaxiCosi Ferofix (both possible with/without Isofix).

Really don't want a MPV or something like that.

Yes, best answer is 'just try', but didn't have the child seats already :)

Multimac?
Came across this from honestjohn in today’s Motoring supplement of the Daily Telegraph …

Q. Our 2008 Toyota Verso is reliable, safe and boring. Can we fit three child seats across the back of a Kia Sportage/Hyundai ix35 as we can in the Verso, or would we need a large Santa Fe? Is there anything to pick between the Kia and the Hyundai? NB via email

A. I don’t know if three seats will fit, but if not you can buy a conversion kit from multimac.co.uk. Under the skin, the Sportage & ix35 are pretty much the same. HJ
