After nearly four years of not-quite-trouble-free Croma motoring I am having to trade mine in. Owing to a growing family the Croma is no longer big enough! A tot, baby and stroppy teen will not fit comfortably across the back, what with the size of child seats/armchairs these days! The Mrs. has got herself a minibus (Citroen C4 Grand Picasso) to cope.

In case anyone is interested in a replacement Croma with 57k on the clock that has been well looked after then they should keep their eyes peeled whilst looking at the auction houses in the Harrogate area. It'll be being listed by Piccadilly Motors of Knaresborough.

As you can probably deduce from that I haven't left the Fiat group altogether! I must be mad because my next steed is going to be a Alfa 147 Ducati Corse with the same 150 bhp JTD engine in it as my Croma. the only difference being a button. A red one. That adds 20bhp.

The point of this ramble is that, by way of thanks for all the help I've had through the years, I am offering first dibs on a few accessories to the members of this forum. Send me a message if you are interested in any of the short list:

Roof bars (lateral ones). The feet have been resprayed blue, owing to bad paintwork by Fiat.
Brodit mounts - one that fits onto the central air vent so you can mount a satnav and another that fits into the trim on the left of the centre console. Ideal for an iPod or mobile phone.
If it won't fit the Alfa then my XCarlink iPod adapter for the OEM Blaupunkt stereo will also be up for grabs.

I'll be putting this lot in the for sale section soon - when I have pictures etc!

Thanks again to you all. (y)

They've given me £2500 for it, as far as I can make out. I'll find out when the deal figures come through. I was being Mr indecisive today about the Alfa, so only rang up 5 mins before the shop shut! Not bad for a Croma, but for a car of it's size, power, mileage etc it's appalling. We got only £400 less for the same age Punto 1.2 Dynamic when we got the C4.

Please let me know if you're selling the iPod adapter, and how much for - thanks ;)
