can anybody help i was driving on the motorway just crusing at 70, was about to overtake put my footdown but my coupe hesitated, only had the car a few weeks so dont know much about the problems.
just had the car serviced and passed its mot so i dont think it is anything major, or hope it is not anyway.
would be gratfull for any advice.

my 20vt did the same thing, just before the turbo kicked in. Does it do it once or does it do it a few times until you reach a steady speed?

My boyfriends coupe did this because the boost was too high (if i remember ) He comes on this forum anyway so will he should spot this thread. This happened after he had some work done around the engine. He also had a hybrid turbo and was running on a 1.2 chip (i think)
But the jerking only happened when you put your foot down if you got up to speed slowly it didn’t seem to do it, so it might be the same problem with it running on high boost. H will know better than me anyway
