Technical Front bonnet strut advice much appreciated!

Morning!
I’m on a budget of about £50 to get 2 gas bonnet struts for the front of my Coupé. I’ve heard that Monroe ones didn’t work for a lot of people, so tried to find Stalibus ones. They’re £50 each on some sites! I’ve now found these but I’m not sure? Anyone dealt with this company? Customer support seems really good, and he said these are the closest I’d get to the stabilus spec I sent him. But they’re not quite as long as the original struts... could this cause any damage? They’re £23 each.
What kind of fixing do I need to get on them?

The support guy said:
“Following our conversation I’ve attached a link with the strut that would best match the stabilus part you sent ourselves.
With this strut the only issue would be the closest I could give you would be 8mm short of the stabilus part.
The product code would be F-SD02-280 with the B8 ball joints as end fittings, I will attach a link so you can view the product.”

I’m very new to this, any advice very much appreciated!!! I need to learn all I can on this kind of thing. Would these fit the front of the Coupé, and have a good chance of working?

UPDATE: I’ve found some second-hand good-condition Stabilus ones, so won’t need these anymore! But it would still be interesting to get opinions on these if anyone wanted to share any
