Technical Lowering springs 20v na

Hi, how much can I drop the rear springs by? My front is as low as I want it (speed humps) but the back is the standard ride height (too high). Can I just change the back...What are the best ones and where to get them from. 20v na...Any help is much appreciated.

Yes you can 'just' swap out the springs at the back. Just doing the back would make it look odd as if the car is squatting at the back (kinda like mine at the moment with knackered suspension bushes

).

The best method would be a coil over suspension kit so you can finely adjust the ride height to suit the look and drive-ability.

Are you running completely standard suspension? Mines running 40mm drop all round and I have no problem with speed bumps.
