Don't want to alarm you there bud, but I've recently heard negative findings about those plugs. Seems they can miss-fire on modded Coops.

Hi,
I am no expert but....
I would only fit a forge or bailey DV.
I would never,ever fit a manual boost controller.
You will get spikes and without a boost gauge,which you have not mentioned,how high are you boosting ?
Above 1.2 Bar and a standard GT28 will not last too long mate.
Better off with an EBC and getting your coupe mapped as you will then see safe gains on standard to approx. 260-270 bhp.

i am going to be using guages once i have baught all other engine mods but ill have a look at the electronic ones cheers.

Jimboy it's the Denso Iridium plugs that misfire on tuned cars, not NGK's offering. I paid £40 for a set, and they made my car misfire like buggery. Took a coil pack out with them too I sent them back for a refund and got some BKR7ET's, in my opinion the best.

iwant some of the pulse plugs eventually but no yet.

Ah, I stand corrected, or seated in my case Tad off topic but the serious modder is after reliable spark plugs (obviously) this is what you're supposed to get when upgrading, not extra horse/power as some do think.

Never had a problem with my Iridiums and they have been in for over 6 months.

Yeah I guess it's pot luck. JBT has stopped using them because of all of the failures with them though.

so i wounder if the pulse plugs woulld be a wise choice
