Technical Electrical problems

Hi I have just installed a turbo timer on my 20v turbo and now my heater and wipers dont work i did short the car out and had to replace the ignition fuse under the bonnet but now cant find any other blown fuses do these run on the same circuit or am i just missing some thing? please help its cold and cant drive in the rain

have u checked that u havnt knocked the relays or shorted them out or blown the fuses under the dash on the o/s/f

I have checked all the fuses i can see but didnt take every one out so will have another look, any easy way of telling if a relay is gone? any one know if they run on the same circuit?

if its working it will click but i dought their on the same circuit but may shair same earth point tho
