when i bought my car 8 months ago i noticed i had a nocking noise on pull away and hard cornering so i bought some new arms eventually fitted them sunday went out on roadtest and it was still nocking so i was well miffed so checked the subframe and found all subframe bolts loose i was well pissed of cos just before i bought it desirabury had just fitted a new cambelt.

Take it you've bought yourself a torque wrench and tightened them up?

na borrowed my works torque wrench and tightend them i was just annoyed that i didnt need the arms after all but never mind least i wont have to do them again

Hope you went round and checked everything else at the same time as well. ;thumb: just in case.
