I own one so totally not biased :p

Small and light so with a 1.4 you get lots of power!
Not a drag racer but very nippy on the country roads, with that typical Panda handeling! Love it, very nice drive.

As you will read in most reviews it's only downfall is it's suspension, which can be a bit stiff on bumpy roads..... but different set of eibach/koni etc. altered suspension sorts that.
 
What the Panda range didn’t have, until 2006, was a performance variant. The short-lived Sporting revived a badge seen on Fiat’s Seicento but its sole 1.3-litre diesel engine option didn’t really live up to the name.
 
People always laugh when i say I’ve got a Panda, but once they’ve had a go in it they love it too!! My only issue is the seats! They should have been a sportier option, but overall one of the best cars I’ve had! Better than my BMW 330i (not faster) but a more joyful experience.
