myself, alex and possible gadge will be doing a convoy from Midlands/Coventry area...any additional takers ?

i think stus a taker and tc is a giver, might be otherway around though

im dunno yet, its a 4 hour drive and not sure if im going to attempt it on the day or find somewhere to stay on the friday

my sat nav keeps sending me long ways round
i went to bushboys it say turn off first exit at roundabout, i though im sure its second exit (straight across) she was wrong i was right took me all through a forest 20 minuets drive from the roundabout, the propper way is only 5 minuets from the roundabout

my sat nav gets confused sometimes but seems to get me there the fastest route

i hate it if i know where im going and it directing me cause i know quicker routes, but if im relying on it i just hope and trust it gonna take me there

on second thoughts maybe i should lead...

Its a deffo for me on the convoy only where do we meet? .............i could always sit n the hard shoulder and wave like a looney at every yellow fiat sei?..........chances are i would b spending the day in a nice police cell

well cant be that many with yellow wheels... keep an eye out for one with a black sei infront of it lol

lol we wont be headin back onto m6 dont think, will be the A46 till we hit the old m40 im guessing

So I presume M6 to the end, then south on M1 to the M25 - plenty of service areas on way down, will be able to meet you at one of those

Ok, a new route now - I will do M1

i just looking on map now and im confused so you all gonna meet me at my hotel

i was thinking along the same lines as stu, m6 all the way then m1 south and whatever else comes along

Junc 2 M6 > A46 > M40 would probably be the more direct route as M40 brings you out further round the ol' M25 however obviously M1>M25 is the route where we can pick up a impressive convoy

so you telling me i booked a hotel on the wrong side of the map
