my screen has turned 90 degrees anti-clockwise- help!!!

well was just on here, and i lent on the keyboard and now its flipped my screen 90 degrees anti-clockwise, what have i done!? iv restarted it and its still the same, please help me

also theres an icon in the system tray for the ATI control centre
on board graphics?
