Haven't shopped with them for about 3.5 years now but just looked on website to spec up a laptop and all the "proper" customization options have gone!

• Processor
• Memory
• Graphics Card

None of that exists anymore, it's just silly little things like cases and mice...

They sell through Currys etc. Personally I prefer Samsung & Acer
