I have owned this car for the last five years during which it has done fewer than 1500 miles.
In my ownership it has had the following:
undersealed, new radiator, new battery (this year), new wheel covers, new fuel line, new parcel shelf, back bumper fixed on properly.
The body is in generally excellent condition. There are a few scrapes, the only significant one is near the petrol cap (see photo): nothing that Chip's Away or similar couldn't deal with. The only visible rust on the body is on the very bottom of the hatch (see photo) and could be dealt with easily.
The interior is also in good shape: there is one small hole in the cloth on the passengers seat and a couple of vintage cigarette burns in the back. There's wear to the carpet in the driver's footwell but I have sourced a much better condition carpet from an Uno Turbo (see photo), which will come with the car.
Some service history including almost all MOT certificates since 2000.
The car is currently SORN but was MOTd earlier this month, which it passed with no advisories. The examiner did suggest keeping an eye on rust on the shock-absorber springs.
It comes with two sets of keys, original stereo, additional decals, Haynes manual and a few miscellaneous spares.
Only being sold as it is not being used and has now lost its space in the garage to an Alfa Spider.
