Unfortunately due to the current COVID situation and working away my project cars are and have been sitting idle for a good while. As you can see in the pictures they have been sat a while.
My plans for the Schumacher was to put a 16v engine in it and turn it into a little track weapon. It has uprated shocks and springs, braided brake lines all the way through, ABS system removed, Brembo master cylinder, enlarged throttle body, magnecor leads and the pipe over engine induction kit with small ecu.
I also have big brake kit from a Punto (gt or lx?) and the disk conversion kit. And I had a modified thermostat housing from another fire engine with a thermostat in it to have a gauge inside the car. The car did run but the head had started to go hence me planning the swap.
The second car I had cheap and my mother used it for a while but then had a new car so I kept it as spares, that too has an induction kit, heko wind deflectors, temp gauge on the dash, magnecor leads and enlarged throttle body and the big ecu model. I also had a set of FIAT original mud flaps to go on. It hadnt long had new sporting suspension and wheel bearings before it was laid up. I was going to attempt an electric car conversion on it as something a bit different.
Unfortunately these two are just sitting and will end up wasting away so I'm going to have to bite the bullet and sell them, will go down this week and try to start both cars. Ideally would like them sold together but I don't mind splitting, they're just too good to scrap.
