Fiat 903cc 100 series engine from a low mileage 1976 127 (Series 1).
It's been dry stored for many, many years after a project was abandoned. The engine is complete but doesn't have any ancillaries (ie no carburettor, distributor etc) as they were sold years ago. It's very grubby but was in good running order when removed and turns over freely by hand. Please don't let the appearance of the old oil filter put you off, it was OK (when in the car) but has since been battered a bit during storage - but left on to keep any dirt out.
I was always going to do something with it "tomorrow", and that's finally arrived with my furlough clear-out digging into the corner of my garage. I'll never need it (it's not suitable as a spare for my Abarth 124 Spider, X1/9 1300, Alfa Giulietta or Jeep Grand Cherokee !)
After so long it would be a shame to scrap it if someone can make use of it to keep a classic Fiat on the road, ie a 127 (or Panda, Uno, Autobianchi etc ?) so sensible offers please - don't worry, I'll not be greedy !
As I sort through my shed a few other parts should become available - if still in good condition, iI remember putting away the bonnet, grille, headlamps, speedometer, steering wheel, and a few other "useful" bits and pieces. If they are still good I'll post details in due course.
