Fiat Stilo 1.9D Multi-Jet 150bhp
I'm in no hurry to sell this as I have had it over 8 years.
I am inviting offers, but will not necessarily sell if offers not good enough.
This was purchased by me from a garage in June 2011 and there is so much I still love about this car.
I'd like to preserve it (as there are only 31 left running in the UK), but don't have the parking space.
It goes really well with immense torque even at low revs.
Genuine exceedingly low mileage of 68000 and MOT's to prove it.
I have always used premium diesel (if you know anything about these they don't like supermarket fuel as it dulls the initial pick-up performance).
MOT until 18th March.
Has had new shocks all round about 18 months ago.
New rear calipers
New discs all round last year
All the tyres are around 5mm tread
Wheels have only some very light kerbing
Everything works on it
Air-con done about 2½ years ago
Oil changed at 55,000
It's Very Clean inside, no damage to any plastics, seats are not worn.
Steering wheel leather still perfect
Great sounding MP3 CD player - so you can get 80-90 tracks on one CD
FM MW LW so you can get TMS in the summer.
New (bigger) battery last year.
New EGR value (but still has a drilled blanking plate fitted), so no light shows on dash but low speed & performance not impaired.
Minus points (usual Fiat idiosyncrasies)
Glow plugs have a separate (push to make) button, you only really need them it when it's very cold.
Gear lever has got a bit notchy, (it would be better if you cleaned out the ball/socket connectors) I had it done once before.
The flywheel is not quiet, but is only audible in 1st.
Last week the drivers side coil spring broke at the top, I can include a new one, (I can't be bothered to fit
it)!
It has a few minor dents on the drivers side sill, (no idea how they got there).
