Description
My little 600m is dead so I'm selling off anything that's worth having, most of the parts are pretty bulky and not really suitable for posting so collection would be preferred. Unless marked otherwise all of the items are available on a best offer basis - all offers will be considered but be sensible, I'm not afraid of telling you to get lost...

I'm keeping the ECU and fuel pressure regulator so if anyone wants to take the whole thing keep in mind that you'll need to replace them.

The original car is 98 Sporting Abarth in dark metallic grey (with orange highlights) so any exterior parts are to that spec and colour

1 front bumper in excellent condition with additional WDR chin spoiler
1 rear bumper in excellent condition (sold)
1 rear hatch with spoiler in excellent condition (sold)
1 delocked passenger door in excellent condition (sold)
1 delocked drivers door in good condition (sold)
1 standard bonnet in excellent condition (sold)
1 speaker friendly stealth rear parcel shelf - slightly heavy but does a good job of hiding the speakers completely. Includes a pair of good JBL 6x9 3-way speakers. (sold)
2 upper front strut brace - looking a bit tired but still good (1 sold)
1 lower front strut brace - was new last year and a bit greasy but otherwise pretty good. (sold)

The engine parts are a little specialised so please read carefully - they all come from the Seicento but will obviously fit a variety of models

1 custom inlet manifold with set of Hayabusa ITBs including trumpets and filters (these do not quite fit on my Seicento so some of the screening to the cabin ventilation system was removed) *removed from the car and ready to go*
1 Supersprint 4-2-1 exhaust manifold (the original race manifold snapped 6 weeks ago but I can include that as well as a template for remaking it) (sold)
1 Stainless Steel exhaust including flexi-section (this was built to fit a stock manifold but didn't fit the supersprint without an adapter section) (sold)
1 Modified cylinder head with a vernier pulley. The valve springs are tuned to start floating the valves at 7500rpm acting as a soft rev limit. *removed from the car and ready to go* damage to #1 combustion chamber from contact with damaged piston debris
1 pair of Abarth wheel spacers and stud conversion for the front only
4 15x7 Compomotive CXR wheels with 195x45r15 tyres - all of the tyres are good (the fronts are nearly new). These are proper 4x98 PCD with hub-centric fitting and were made specifically for the car.
1 heavily lightened flywheel (as light as we dared go) for a 1242 8v with clutch sold
1 lightened flywheel for a 900 8v (don't ask - it was a gift)
1 short 16v engine block destressed and peened with uprated pulley wheel (from a similarly spec'd Panda junior rally car) good for at least 150bhp, heavily lightened 8v crankshaft, high compression pistons (actually from a Ford), total seal rings and modified conrods - all rebalanced to a very high level. There may be some damage to the crank due to bearing failure. The engine was built to rev past 10k but was limited to 7500rpm. #1 piston is damaged and needs replacing. Bore is likely to be damaged as a result.sold

1 custom 6-speed gearbox - includes close ratio gearset based on Maserati parts. On 15" rims with 195/45r15 tyres the gearing gave these speeds (approximately) at 7500rpm (red line):
1st gear - 22mph
2nd gear - 41mph
3rd gear - 59mph
4th gear - 78mph
5th gear - 96mph
6th gear - 117mph
The gearbox also includes a Honda torque biasing limited slip differential
Only three of these gearboxes were made - it is incredibly tough and built to withstand the punishment the engine dealt out. 1200 ono

If anyone wants the shell it has rolled rear wheel arches to accomodate the 15" wheels. Poly bushed suspension arms. Uprated (Eibach I think) springs with original but good dampers). New rear brakes, Punto front calipers (never got around to putting vented discs on it as it didn't need it). Engine bay is modified with the battery relocated to the boot. The shell also comes with a Thatcham category 1 alarm fitted (with 2 remotes). (sold)

There's also a fairly substantial collection of spares to go with it.

The manifold is for 8v - the only 16v bit on the car is the engine block

The manifold is under offer but the prospective buyer has not committed yet. I'll give him a bit longer but to sort himself out but not much longer...

Would you happen to have an exhaust spacer? I've just fitted the 1242 8v to my Sei. Had a 15mm spacer made and the exhaust still touches the sump!

Sorry but not this one - the exhaust is specifically for a 1242 including the manifold.

There is indeed, I can't find the sandwich plate though. It is a Mocal filter complete with overbraided oil lines and Moquip connectors (all purchased together from Think Automotive)
