I would be interested in buying a complete heater blower unit, including the plastic casing which houses the matrix core (with valve) and motor, or a separate fan/motor on its own to fit a 1993 Uno Mk2 (L reg).
Alternatively, any ideas on where I might be able to get hold of one (there are some fans/motors available on eBay but compatibility may be an issue).
Having extracted the existing fan/motor there is no part number visible other than the brand which is Magneti Marelli.
Note the four wires exiting the motor to the plastic plug - part numbers 7641117 and 7641118, which should both fit according to Fiat dealer, only have three wires (no green) when viewed on eBay.
Fiat part numbers 7641115 and 7641116 appear to be the correct as these both have the four wires at motor exit point. Corresponding to Magneti Marelli 069401252010 or the alternative MM part number(s): 69401252, MTE646A.
An overseas seller on eBay has delisted what appears to be the correct item (motor only) despite seeming to have stock still available. A message sent asking for clarification has not received a response though this may be due to it falling between Christmas and new year. According to eBay customer service, the seller's items were all taken off the platform due to a breach in their regulations. The item may appear at a later date if the seller adheres to these eBay rules.
