It was rebuilt with new synchros and sleeves.
The only problem is that it slips out of 4th upon deceleration.
He thinks it just needs to have the selector fork adjusted to fix it.
So either adjust it or harvest it for parts, it's worth 10 times the asking price.
Syncros and sleeves alone run $500. Gears run $500.
A fresh rebuilt tranny from Mr. Fiat runs $4K.
