All my gearboxes are fully striped, thoroughly cleaned and meticulously checked and checked again until i am totally happy with the results. All the gears, shafts, selectors and other components are examined, rigorously tested, and checked for quality, durability and longevity, Even down to the clutch fork bushes being replaced, And then this is where i start to do the rebuilding of the gearbox. After thoroughly inspecting the gear train and replacing worn out components.The gearbox casing is then soda blasted along with other components to remove all the dirt and grime, and then it's given a coat of paint ready for the built up Using up-rated bearings, and new oil seals and anything else that is required.The top selector housing is striped and checked for uneven wear and oil seals are replaced. you can come and collect the gearbox from me and then you can see that I am a genuine person who takes pride in their work and you can see my set up as I have nothing to hide. Be very cautious of much cheaper gearboxes that are on offer, as i have come across gearboxes that have just been painted to look like a reconditioned one.The gearbox is sold on an exchange basis, there is a deposit required but this is refundable when I have your old gearbox back.Without any holes or damage to the casing in exchange for my fully reconditioned unit. You will receive a Fully reconditioned 6 speed manual gearbox complete with a full set of bearings and oil seals..Please any Q's, then do not hesitate to contact me.The gearbox can be delivered with UPS direct,,. Or other courier in a crate to which the return exchange gearbox should be drained of all the oil and sent back to me securely in the crate Please let me have your vehicle registration number so i can check compatibility as mistakes cost you and me money
