Panda 4x4 2006 Series 2 Panda for parts + Roof rack separately

My lovely little Panda 4x4 has a few issues which for me, are beyond economic repair. Chassis corrosion (some welding carried out to get it through the last MOT), fuel regulator block causes the engine to cut out intermittently (previously reset and worked fine for a year or so, now started again), wind screen wipers have an electrical issue (motor still functions) The engine has about 75k on it and runs nicely (apart of the fuel regulator block issue). It has a new battery. The roof rack was purchased from Rialzi4x4 and shipped in from Italy two years ago, I'd be willing to sell that separately for £130 + delivery or free to collect. Best offers on the car. It has an MOT, but the windscreen wiper issue would mean it technically isn't legal to drive. Collection only.
