Doblo (Mk1/Mk2) 2008 Fiat Doblo 1.3 Diesel Multijet

Hi, I am looking to buy the cover for the fuse/OBD hole on the right hand lower side of my car. Its about 6 inches X 6 inches in size. I can only find entire below steering wheel panels for about £45.00 which is just too expensive for me. Any help would be great - thanks. Mark
