I bought some headlights this week and noticed they have electronic headlight adjusters on them.

My original ones don't, yet there is a connector there that fits the electronic adjuster.

I fitted the new ones today and plugged the adjuster in, and your could hear the motor for a few seconds then stop.

Now I haven't seen any control switch inside the car so that leaves one of two things, either Cinq's have auto level headlights (which I very very much doubt) or My model (which is a Sporting) doesn't have the control. But then, why would it have the connectors?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Sounds a bit strange as you would not expect them to move unless the adjuster switch was in place. The Haynes manual doesn't seem to list light adjustment in the wiring section.
Will check other sources and get wiring colours as you may be able to fit the adjuster switch if the conector is there.

I see, well it appears they have fully adjusted themselves so they point at the floor.

How sodding stupid. Surely if the control isn't there they shouldn't move.

I'll have to pop down the scrappy and get one.

Cheers lads.

LOL well I didn't expect it to do anything. I should have known better, after all, the Italians are not renowned for there electrical prowess. :D

Would the switch from a Punto fit as a temporary measure?
