Std or Uprated bits?

prolly standard, but might consider the drilled & grooved route at the front 'cos I'd like to mcritch & gsr when pennies ain't so tight, what would you recommend??

does anyone know if the drilled and grooved ones from halfords are any good???

No idea but you can get a set of omp drilled and grooved discs and pads for around £70

EBC do good quality drums and shoes for the rear not that exspensive either
